- Aug 1, Sunday (2:00 - 4:00 PM)--Sunday Volleyball Clinic, boys/girls all ages, $25 per session (or $100 for all 5 August sessions)
- Aug 2, Monday (various)--Guilford County high school volleyball tryouts can begin
- Aug 7, Saturday (8:30 AM - evening)--GBVB (Greensboro Volleyball) Grass Doubles tournament (Levels: Men/Women/Jrs, Open, A, BB)
- Aug 8, Sunday (8:30 AM - evening)--GBVB Grass Reverse Coed Doubles tournament (Levels: Open, A, BB)
- Aug 8, Sunday (2:00 - 4:00 PM)--Sunday Volleyball Clinic, boys/girls all ages, $25 per session (or $100 for all 5 August sessions)
- Aug 13, Friday (AM - PM)--Sportsplex hosts High School Pre-season Play Day
