First Adult League Organizational Night will be

SEPTEMBER 13th at BARBER PARK.

We will host open play on Monday nights at the Sportsplex for the month of August.

FALL 2010 Monday Night COED 4s Volleyball League

Coed teams ONLY
(Level of play:  A/B)

Come to have fun and meet new people!

Team fee:  TBD (up to 6 players/team)

Individual fee:  TBD (individuals will be placed on teams)

Dates of play:  At BARBER PARK Sept 13 (Organizational Night -- 7:00 PM), At Barber Sept 20, 27, At Sportsplex Oct 4, Oct 11, Oct 18, Tournament Oct 25

Times:  All Monday night matches start at 6:45 PM

Bonus:  All paying participants will be given a "League Member" card (valued at $35) which entitles them to a total of 7 open play volleyball sessions at Greensboro Sportsplex for the duration of the league (court availability subject to change based on facility scheduling).

League Rules:

• ***PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AS A TEAM***--suggest that a team captain be in charge of getting payments from team members and paying at front desk; if teams have not paid by the 2nd week of league play, they will not be allowed to continue play until payment is made
• A LEAGUE:  4 players on the court--***MUST BE 2 MEN + 2 WOMEN*** (woman does not have to touch ball every possession).
• B LEAGUE:  4 players on the court in any combination of men and women (woman does not have to touch ball every possession).
• Call your own fouls (ball handling, net play, etc.)
• Men’s height net (may play reverse coed for a week at beginning of season--this means women's height net, men cannot block & to attack men must leave the ground completely from behind the 10' line)
• 2-game matches with rally scoring (point per play) games to 25
• Tournament matches will be best 2 out of 3 games (first 2 games to 25, third to 15 if necessary)
