Tina Readling- 18's/Youth Development

Tina is entering her second season with Piedmont and her second season as the 18's coach, after spending three years serving as a coach and two years as assistant director of Alamance Force Volleyball Club.  Tina has also coached high school volleyball for 11 years at Alamance Christian School in Graham, NC.  She is the assistant director of volleyball operations at the Greensboro Sportsplex and, along with director Trevor Hewitt, was instrumental in getting the Piedmont 14's team off the ground this year. In addition to assisting Trevor with the management of the juniors programs at the Sportsplex, Tina also manages the adult volleyball programs and, in 2010, will be taking over the management of Greensboro's outdoor volleyball tournaments.  Tina also continues to play both adult club and outdoor volleyball.  Between the youth camps and clinics, junior/senior and club programs, as well as the growing adult programs--both indoor and outdoor--the future of volleyball in the Greensboro area continues to promise more growth and success.
