Our primary goal is to teach. We not only teach our players how to be well rounded student athletes but strong young ladies. It is important that our players understand the lessons that competitve sports can teach and the value they have in moulding their futures.

We teach our athletes to play at their next level by incorporating cutting edge training techniques, theories and philosophies. This is done by having coaches attending the USA High Performance coaching clinic and being involved in both our region's as well as USA Volleyball's high perfromance programs.

It is important for our teams play a challenging schedule with as much national exposure as possible. Whenever possible, we play in the highest division (open) available, against the toughest competition possible.
