NATIONAL TEAM TRYOUTS
Girls, age groups 15 and younger
Oct 24th 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Oct 25th 6:00 - 7:30 PM

Girls, ages 16 and older

Nov 7th 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Nov 8th 6:00 - 8:00 PM

--The 2010-2011 tryout fee is $40 ($30 for 15 and under age groups)
--A separate check for $500 (1st payment) is also required 
         -it is only cashed if offered a spot which you accept or if offered a spot and you do not respond prior to the region's set deadline
--Everyone must renew their USA membership* prior to trying out for any club
           -check unaffiliated as the club name

Please print-out, complete and bring the PVC information form to your assigned tryout date.

Please make all checks payable to Piedmont Volleyball Club.

Everyone must renew their USAV membership prior to tryouts.  Please bring a copy of this form to try outs. Players should check unaffiliated for the club name.  To register with the Carolina Region and USAV, click HERE.
 
We are planning to have tryouts for each age group 13-18 but may not have a team in each age group depending on the numbers we get out.

TRY OUT CHECKLIST: (bring the following to try-outs)

-copy of medical release form

-copy of USAV renewal form

-copy of PVC information form

-$40 check for try out fee (payable to Piedmont vbc)

-$500 check (as explained above; payable to Piedmont vbc)
